Is the gtx 750 the best budget gpu ?

I recently read about the gtx 750 (non-ti).
I heard it gives performance upto the HD7790.

Here in India , its priced lower than the the HD 7790 and just a bit above than the HD 7770 .

Also the 400w requirements ?KIndly suggest.

How much is the 260X? In america it is about the same price and WAY stronger...

Correct me if I am wrong , I checked many of the reviews about the gtx 750 , and almost all of them stated that the gtx 750 was on par with the hd 7790.


Also , surprisingly the 650 Ti is priced higher than the gtx 750.
