Motherboard Reading 1600mhz RAM as 1151Mhz

It seems that my bios is displaying my ram as 1151mhz? when i try to increase or decrease mhz i dont have an option for 1600mhz but almost every other how can i fix this

motherboard; asus m5a97 r2.0

Some motherboards are weird like that. Try going into the overclock settings and set up an overclocking profile. after that go into the ram part of it and manually type in the information of the like the timing, and the latency.
