780ti very low firestrike score

So I just got the 780ti and I ran the 3dmark firestrike test (not the extreme one) and I got a score below 6000 while I see others getting at least 9000 with the card on stock clocks any ideas?

You need to check the little box that says number of processors and it should let you change the number of processors. you can also try it in the intel extreme tuning utility if you have it. Also make sure hyper threading is enabled

I don't think so, there is a box unticked for number of processors and the drop down menu is greyed out
