What brand do you have?
Most "Haswell" certified PSU's made before "Haswell" CPU's so your PSU might be "Haswell" compatible!
You can use Haswell CPU on non "Haswell" certified PSU's and if PSU will cause instability issues you can disable C6/C7 states in BIOS and it will run perfectly
