Your motherboard does not have a wifi connection adapter, its a wired ethernet connection. Whatever device you are using for your wifi, you have to install the drivers for that wifi device (pcie card, usb card, etc).

You can connect your PC with a wired connection first, then whatever wifi device you are using ,windows will automatically update drivers on it for you. Usually these adapters install their drivers when you connect them, idk why it didn't for you.

If you installed your internet driver (ethernet LAN driver) your internet connection should be picked up. Perhaps your ethernet port may have been a dud. I'm assuming you are using a wired ethernet connection.

Pretty much. You said you have the motherboard drivers, so i don't see a problem existing, unless you have some weird router settings.

Were you able to at least scan for available wireless connections with your wifi adapter? Or did you not find any at all?
