All in One Graphic Card upgrade

Hi I have a lenovo c440 with 4 gb ram core i5 quad 2.7 GHz (3330S) with intel HD graphics, can i upgrade the ram, cpu and the graphics card

It's an all in one system, so it's unlikely you'll be able to make any upgrades except for maybe the RAM.

I googled and but i found only the chipset model so far intel H61

Either the card is soldered to the motherboard (the system came that way and not something you'd be able to accomplish easily), or there is a slot for an expansion graphics card. Understand that the Geforce GT615 is (probably) no better than your installed Intel HD Graphics and that even if there is a slot for installing a graphics card (that, you will have to google), you'll also be limited by power consumption.
