780's cost like 150$ more here :( and Most of the 8(2x4)g rams are out of stock. 105 is the next cheapest. And would u kindly explain to me the difference between a 1833 one vs a 1600 one?

Ah ok, no problem then- your setup is good in my opinion then. the difference between ram frequencies from 1833 and 1600 won't really matter, now what I mean by that is simple. Once your ram is clocked at 1600Mhz that's as fast as you'll be going when doing things like gaming, multitasking, running games, etc. The few exceptions where going above 1600mhz+ with ram will affect performance is when you're doing things like benchmarking, aside from that you can easily buy a 1600 set of ram and add some voltage/overclock it to 2133 (depending how good the quality of the ram sticks are) if you'd like- but again- unless its for things like benchmarking it won't make a difference, it's just for fun & show :p
