Can I use external graphics card?

Hello,
I have lenovo ideapad z560 with intel core i3 m350 processor.I have intel hd graphics and i want to use a graphics card on my laptop.
So,is there any way by which I can use an external graphics card?

There are external displays adapter available, but not really any if you are planning on doing stuff like gaming. They highest end external video card is still extremely week. Most of them are simply meant for people with an older laptop trying to hook up an external display. There are some D I Y solutions but generally those will cost you more than what your laptop is work and are generally way to buggy to be considered worth it.
