Hey there,

I currently have the R7 260x SAPPHIRE 2GB GDDR5 OC GPU which is pretty decent however for the upcoming modern games and to play at a good FPS level I do not think it is that much good enough so I'd like to ask, What GPU do you people recommend?

Please answer :)

(Budget: 250-260$)

No mate. I can not afford that much only in a GPU cause I'll be buying a CPU and mainboard too :)

Will 760 be able to cope with the upcoming latest games (Like Watch Dogs) and so on and give me the ability to play in Ultra level with maximum fps?

Depends what resolution and what your idea of maximum FPS is... Theres a reason why some people buy cards like the GTX 780 Ti and 290x...

"Well I have increased my budget a bit and thinking of getting this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168..."

You could buy that card OR this=
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130921

If you want to save a bit of money without getting a big fps hit may I suggest =

770 benchmarks (video)=

280x benchmarks (video)=

The 770 is a beast that is capable of maxing out any current gen game at 1080p res.

Mate the EVGA SuperClocked w/ ACX Cooling 770 2GB seems Insane! Has a Core Clock of 1111MHz-1163Mhz! This is really Huge!

But It has got only 2 fans whereas Gigabyte has 3! But GIGABYTE's GPU has got only 1046 MHz-1085 MHz core Clock.

So which one is better? The EVGA one or the Gigabyte one? Please answer :)

I think that the main difference between them is that the EVGA one has 2gb memory and the gigabyte one has 4gb memory. 2gb of memory is fine for current gen 1080p gaming but I don't know whether you will run into trouble later on.
I also think that between these two cards it just boils down to personal preference.
Also the EVGA one has got better ratings.

He's right, the only main difference is the 2gb/4gb ram on the GPU's, this will be a very important in games with many textures, multiple monitors, and ESPECIALLY in higher resolutions (4k+). Yet in this case for a 770 I would go for the EVGA if you want more performance, but if it were a 780 I'd say the gigabyte ghz edition, it hits 1241Mhz boost clock without touching any overclocking settings- which is higher than the advertised clocks!

The EVGA has better performance technically but you can just overclock the Gigabyte if you'd want to. I would say which ever one is cheaper or looks better to your eye. Keep in mind that because the gigabyte one has 3 fans it means it can run much quieter (I own the 780 Ghz Edition so it's my experience). BUT if you plan to use 1440p/1600p/ 3 monitors I would recommend it also by the fact that it has more memory for textures.
