I recently ordered an ASUS VS248H-P and hooked it up to my PS3 via HDMI. Unfortunately, the screen constantly has a soft blur on COD Ghost and quite a bit of motion lag. I've tried all the different types of calibration settings suggested for saturation, color, sharpness, video modes, and etc, but the soft blur remains.
The graphics literally look pretty prehistoric --> pre-HDMI. My dinosaur dell monitor seems to have a cleaner display.
Is the monitor not supporting the game well? Possible defective unit?
Additional info:
-tried different HDMI cable.
-tried it under 1080p and 720p PS3 settings
-tried game mode and standard mode
