I am a gamer and programmer,today installed blackop2 can you guys tell me whether this is normal?

that temp is really high !
It seems youre using a very old card Ati 4650 mobility radeon , means you have this in your laptop , if i may guess.
When gaming .. temperatures on the laptop increase rapidly as there isnt adequate cooling , i would also check the CPU temps , also does this stay there at 86degC or it increases rapidly , how much time were you in-game with this temperature ?

it stays till i play the game after that it comes back to 70 degrees i even use laptop cooler still the problem is there.
