My PC Randomly Bluescreened... HELP!

I have just finished building my own PC, and yesterday, I was on Skype and it randomly bluescreened, I thought nothing of it and moved on. However today, as I was shutting my system down, it occured again. Have I done anything wrong? Can you please give me some tips etc.

What do you mean? My PC Build?

Seagate 1TB Barracuda 3.5 inch HDD
Crucial 8GB (2x4GB) Ballistix Tactical Memory Kit
Cooler Master 500W 12V Elite Power 500 PSU
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard (Socket AM3+ up to 16GB DDR3, USB 3.0, uATX)
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit OEM
