Hello,
I looking to purchase PC for gaming, especially for these games CS:GO, League of Legends and recording gameplay for YouTube. My budget is $600 or $700, I need the best one. I just want to run most of the games smooth with high FPS without lag. If possible with Intel processor. Please help me. Thank you.

An eight core AMD processor will handle recording well and can hold it's own compared to intels at this price. The GPU is powerful for it's price/power consumption and the PSU is huge overkill so you can upgrade your GPU in the future.

Ok then, but I'll tell you that it won't be as fast as the AMD build.

Are you sure that the AMD build will be better and why the AMD build is better?

If you're recording/editing/rendering your videos, it helps to have extra cores. In gaming, it performs similarly unless you are playing very heavily single threaded games. If you are just playing the games you state above and future games +recording, I feel that the AMD build is better at your budget.
