Hello, I need to buy a new laptop and so far I've found 2 of them that seem to suit my needs and fit my budget:
Acer Aspire V5-552G-10578G50aii
ASUS X550VB-XX045D
The Acer one has an A10-5757M, 8GBs or RAM, a 500 GB HDD and an HD 8750M 2GB.
The Asus one has an i5-3230M, 4GBs of RAM, a 1 TB HDD and a GT 740M 2GB.
I think the Asus one is a bit better when it comes to the CPU and graphics, but it has only 4 GBs or RAM. the HDD isn't that important since I haven't yet filled my 320 GB desktop HDD.
Both of them are 15 inch 1366x768 (not sure about the Asus one).
I need a laptop for everyday use (browsing the net, schoolwork, music, movies etc etc) and some gaming like LoL and Civ 5. If I can get 60 FPS on LoL with max settings that is enough for now.
Also, how do they compare to my current desktop PC? AMD Phenom II X3 710, 4 GBs or RAM and a Geforce 9600 GT. Are they close to my desktop? or perhaps better?
