I'm planning on building a pc but I can't choose which graphics card to take, Can you tell which of these are the best.

The asus GTX650ti seems to have a 5 star rating so I thought that was the best one,

At that price point I would recommend you GTX-750ti which is faster and better than old Asus GTX-650ti!
