Okay so my new build has two Western Digital WD10EZEX, they are connect by same power supply extension.

Sata 1: SDD
Sata 2: WD 1
Sata 3: WD 2

I detected them and created new simple volume so they now show up as drive D and E in my computer. I installed Crystaldiskinfo and upon inspecting it noticed they have different firmware (01.01A01 and 80.00A80) also the ' standard ' info line are different (ACS-2 | ---- and ACS-2 | ACS-3 Revision 3b).

Now anything wrong with the state of my drives with the info I have provided, how would I rectify it?

Thanks !

No that's pretty normal. Different manufacturing runs often have different firmwares. HDD rarely need firmware updates so you should be good.
