My PC spec is
P5G41T-MLX board
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.5ghz
8gb 1333(O.C) DDR3 Ram
1160GB HDD (1Tb+160gb)
Psu 450W
One DVD-RW
One Rear Cooler fan also

Could You please suggest me some gpu's for my pc.. pci-e 2.0 x16

Can i put pci-e 3.0x 16 on my board ? do i need to change my psu ? because i feel booting read errors in my 160 HDD .. please reply asap :) thnkz in adv. :)

PCI-e is PCI-e. Cards can go up to a certain level (e.g. 3.0), but they all work with each-other so long as they are they are 16x. I'd say the 750 ti will work well with your computer. You could probably also run a 760 if it will fit, but the 750 ti might be a better pairing with everything else. With the 750 ti, you will be able to keep everything just the way it is - no new PSU.

This superclocked 750 ti is only $150, and it consumes only 75w max, and it requires no power cables - just slide into motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487024

I have one of the EVGAs I linked, which I use as a secondary GPU. It's a pretty quick little card.
