how do i get to the bios in wins 8 and change dedicated memory of the graphic card

Turn on the system. Hit ESC immediately. Wait for the menu. Hit F10. You should then be in the BIOS.

Most likely in the advanced settings menu area. I don't have the BIOS layout, so I can't tell you precisely. Look through all of the menus and see if it's there--something like Shared Video Memory or the like.
