Looking to buy some new components, since i can't quite run Battlefield 4 on max...

Current Components:
Motherboard: Sabertooth Z77.
RAM: Vengeance 8 GB.
GPU: AMD Radeon 6870.
CPU: Intel i5-2500.
CPU Cooler: NH-D14 Noctua.
PSU: Corsair 600W - Low end (Cx model).

Possible Upgrade.
GPU: AMD R9 290 ( MSI Gaming Edition ).
CPU: Intel i7-3770K.
Maybe: SSD Samsung 250gb.

Would my PSU handle ?
Is MSI Gaming Edition the best choice ?
Personally i choose that one since:
-Low noise ( Compared to XFX )
-Easy OC
-Somehow above average in performance compared to other brands.
* Downside is the stock clock is under average of other Brands.

** Would it be better to invest a little more to get 2011 socket ? or is that overkill, the only thing i want is Battlefield 4 on max without issues.

*** Anything you would change ?

2011 socket could be fine. But currently you don't need any cpu upgrade. If you upgrade from 2500k to 3770k then the upgrade will give you performance no better than 3570k. And there's not much difference between 2500k and 3570k. So I don't think you need to upgrade as it won't be much worth it considering the money you will spend and the performance you will get.
A gpu upgrade will be better, msi r9 290 will certainly be good. Although, I would upgrade that psu rather than cpu. So keep your current cpu, upgrade your gpu and psu to a nicer quality one. You don't need 2011 socket to max out bf4, 2500k can do the job just fine when paired with r9 290.
So, get r9 290 (sapphire tri-x if possible) and upgrade to a psu of better quality, I am thinking 800w should be your choice.
CX will work for a couple of years just fine, so psu upgrade can wait.
You already have a nice cpu cooler, so oc it if you want better performance at bf4. And gpu upgrade is the only upgrade you need right now. Psu upgrade can wait if you want.

Thanks for your answer :)
Would very much like to OC my CPU and that was the plan when i bought it.. but.. apparently i didn't do my research and bought a non-K version "facepalm"

But if you think the CPU is not the problem then i think i will jump on the GPU ( Tri-x ) & PSU upgrade Train :)  and then maybe a better SSD with the little left over money :)
