I am building a new desktop PC with for the 4th generation processor family

My new PC needs to function primarily for gaming & running multiple programs at the same time, like high end games, .Net applications, SRS, SSIS photoshop, databases,...etc
Secondly I won't be upgrading it further for atleast 3 years

Seeking for advice as to which components will go well together when finally bundled and looking forward for the illumminated built.

Here is the list of components category in which i am seeking advice on building my new rig ... can be budgeted to extreme too

1. Motherboards
2. Processor (4th generation haswell family)
3. Graphic Cards (Single/Dual or QUAD SLI)
4. RAM
5. Power Supply
6. Cases (mainly looking forward for Full tower casing as might go for extreme MBs too)
7. Cooling (Air/Liquid... Note - location is Mumbai, India)
8. SSD (size and whether to go RAID or not?)
9. Monitors (Single or Multiple)
10. Speakers
11. LED PC case controller (optional)

Note
=====
Location: Mubai, India
Timeline: Will be building within a month
Technology: might prefer the thunderbolt tech too

Thanks in advance for your swift responses

For India, definitely go the AMD route for GPU. The 290x is a beast, and in Crossfire, you will get maxed out settings at 5760x1200 (included screens) at about 60 FPS.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($319.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($189.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($134.99 @ Newegg)

--------------------------------------------------

Thanks for the swift response.

Firstly, being located in Mumbai, India i doubt the above mentioned parts are available out here and secondly to order those parts they dont usually support shipments to India.. due to the hassles faced during good returns

Few queries here:
CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i or CM Nepton 280L?
Memory - GSkillz or Corsair vengance?
GPU - I am not that fan of AMD (will be checking this out in local stores) but more inclined towards NVIDIA... What about GTX series.. 780 ones or the new ones 8xx
Case: Any thoughts on the Cosmos 2?
PSU - CM V1000 or silent pro series or the one u mentioned?

The temperatures in Mumbai are high so looking forward for better cooling

........>>
Also i checked the reviews for the ATI Radeon 290x its a beast except for the major drawback on it is the heating and creates a lot of noise....

To be fair, you haven't really given much to go on. I had my suggestion up there taking a shot in the dark on your needs. Stating "budgeted to the extreme" is kind of up to the end-user to say what that means.

Few queries here:
CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i or CM Nepton 280L? Either or, the 280L will give better cooling, but you need to make sure the case supports it. A 280mm AIO takes up a ton of space.
Memory - GSkillz or Corsair vengance? RAM is RAM. Find the cheapest/fastest DDR3 CAS9 at 1.5v you can find. Brand name doesn't really matter.
GPU - I am not that fan of AMD (will be checking this out in local stores) but more inclined towards NVIDIA... What about GTX series.. 780 ones or the new ones 8xx. From what I've heard, NVIDIA is stupid expensive in India. The price difference between high end cards between AMD and NVIDIA makes NVIDIA a dumb decision.
Case: Any thoughts on the Cosmos 2? It's a fine case, no major drawbacks I've read about.
PSU - CM V1000 or silent pro series or the one u mentioned? The CM V1000 is a phenomenal PSU, that one would be just fine. Whichever one is cheaper.

Also i checked the reviews for the ATI Radeon 290x its a beast except for the major drawback on it is the heating and creates a lot of noise....

The 290x reference card is hot and loud, but the aftermarket cooled cards are much cooler and quieter. The 290x automatically sets a temperature target, and overclocks until it gets there. The custom cooled cards generally stay cooler under load, and are quieter.

The reason i mentioned "budgeted to extreme" so that it will provide me options to settle down with the high/low end item when buying them in India either on the Indian websites or local stores... whichever convenient as per their availability.

Regarding the budget can scale upto $3500
