Basically I have vacuumed the fan for the power supply and another fan at the very low of the power supply. I also vacuumed the heatsink that has a fan on top of it without removing anything. That is all that I did... I didn't remove any parts. After I was done, I started the computer and once the OS has loaded it will just shut off randomly. I don't know what to do. Did I break something by vacumming? Should I just bring it to a local technician to get it fixed?

Hopefully it IS that. Free and fast to fix.
Before you try to start the PC again, make sure that all the cords and wires inside are plugged in ALL the way. Some take some force to get in correctly, like the big 24-pin power cord, so you may have to use more force that you would think. Once you are 100% sure that all the wires are plugged in all the way, try to boot and tell me what happens. Also make sure that all the fans are spinning at high speeds.

Check your CPU Cooler if it is plugged into the correct place, physically watch to see if it starts to spin.
If it does not a pencil With the eraser end reach in gently and spin in proper direction. still not spinning remove from heat sink inspect for dirt blow out one tool I keep handy is a 9volt battery 2 small wires will do but I have a 9 volt battery replacement connection its just easier to hold tin the ends place into the proper connection that would go into the MB this won't hurt your fan it runs on 12volt dc if it is still working you will know then check the thermal grease if that is all ok check your MB CPU fan connection for power, no power then use a Molex to CPU fan connection restart and disable CPU monitor in the Bios. Good luck you should have luck with the first one happens to the best of us.
