MSI 290x Gaming Edition - Strange GPU usage spikes

I've bought this quite new MSI 290x Gaming edition GPU and I'm now facing this problem constantly.

My GPU usage spikes almost symmetrically from 0 to 100 no matter what game I'm playing. Clocks remain stable.

I have i5-3570k overclocked to 4,00ghz, 850W XFX PSU and newest beta Catalyst.

I've searching through internet for a proper solution but havent found any. Thanks for your help :)

I had a 290X Lightning. When I loaded up a YouTube page Afterburner reported that both Core and Memory clocks were running at 100% but their was no GPU load. The temps would go up to 60C too. Needless to say, I've returned that card.
