Looking for a solution. I have a Dell D830 Latitude with Windows XP OS. This is my backup laptop so I have installed both license to all of my programs on two computers. In researching the process to upgrade to Windows 7 Professional, I see that I basically get a complete reset of the laptop and thus will need to reinstall the programs. This is not an option unless I want to spend a couple of thousands of dollars buying new programs.
Please provide some way around the reinstallation.
