My windows 7 (home premium ed.) won't recognize my password when I try to log on. I was never given an OS disc, so I can't reboot from that, and the software I tried to use isn't compatible ( the reset only works thru usb or floppy, and the program only burns onto a CD ROM.) Help? Please?

just do one thing install a fresh os upon it say: windows 7 or windows 8 as both of them will transfer your files to a folder called windows.old in your primary partition only and from there u can get them. and if u have a disk u can simply repair it. just open the installation and then select repair option from the shown screen. let me know if u need any help doing so.
