I can then see them but then the IDE HDD is no longer seen! Neither is the boot file (which is currently set on the primary IDE HDD). I'd like to be able to see all three drives while booted on the IDE HDD , so that i can partition the new HDDS drives and copy all my IDE HDD contents over to them.
Does the SATA drive always take precendence over an IDE HDD? Just doesn't make sense why the boot won't take place when i have activated all 3 drives; its somehow ignoring to look at the boot file that exists in the IDE HDD. Any ideas? Thank you.
