its alright but youd be better off with 650 Seasonic, XFX, or Antec watts.

The cx series uses cheap caps. I'd get a Seasonic, xfx, antec or a higher end corsair.

I would suggest an Antec HCG-620M. Cheaper, modular, higher quality, and still sufficient wattage (and 12V amps).

No! "CX" line is an entry level and highly overpriced PSU's, I would recommend you XFX 750W for less price, also 4x4GB RAM won't give any performance boost but 2x8GB 1866MHz CL9 RAM will give some performance boost!
