A Cooler Master 430 case
Rosewill Stallion Series RD500-2DB 500W ATX12V Power Supply
ASRock FM2A88M Extreme4+ FM2+ / FM2 AMD A88X (Bolton D4) SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

any suggestions on where to go from here? Or what parts I can acquire to optimize my gaming expierence?

These are parts I already have bought. My budget is around $1000 or a little more. I already have windows and monitor. I live in NY, Usa.

Any way you can return the motherboard? That mobo is fine but it is for the FM2+ slot which would lock you out of the best/better amd cpus for gaming. For an AMD gaming build you would want a motherboard with the AM3+ motherboard. If you can't swap it out then the cpu will be holding you back in not too long (you could only get a quad core amd rather than an 8 core).

If you can swap out the FM2+ mobo for a AM3+ Mobo this is a good start:

In regards to your power supply, It is not a great one, it is pretty weak on the 12v rail amps with 15a and 16a. If possible go with this:

Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $59.99

Would that motherboard fit in my case? My case can only hold a Micro Atx

The fx 6300 is a bit better at games than the Athlon x4 but the difference may not be worth exchanging the mobo for:

Honestly, I don't think the gtx 770 would be worth it on a pc with the x4 760k. Probably the best GPU you could pair with the FM2+ mobo setup is a gtx 760. If you were to try to run certain games at max settings the cpu would hold you back. For your budget I would say go for the fx-6300, expecially since it overclocks better so you can get more performance out of it.

Yeah, that is what I would do personally. If you went for the x4 FM2+ path, you would probably start seeing the cpu throttling your gaming in the high intensity games of this year and next year whereas the AM3+ Fx-6300 path would be able to handle BF4 ultra without throttling (once overclocked it would do it pretty easily).
