Basically I am building a new rig, so I am thinking of buying 2 250 gb ssd's and one 1 tb hdd. Both ssd's for OS and programs requiring fast speed and HDD for movies and stuff. I am thinking of installing Windows first, on one SSD and then install debian wheezy on another one, can I do so and if I can how can you chose from which ssd to boot.

Solution
Yes this is very easy.
1) Install windows!
2) Set your Debian HDD to first boot device in BIOS.
3) Install Debian!
4) The Debian Installer will auto-magically detect your windows installation and add it to the GRUB bootloader. (if not run 'sudo update-grub').
Since Debian hdd is set as first boot device, you will be presented with two options when you boot. Here you can choose Debian or Windows 7 :)

Many video tutorials can be found on youtube as well. This is one, though it uses 1 HDD instead of 2. 2HDD is better choice IMO ;)
