I think my old hdd cause these problem. I use it for a 5-6 years ,And i have only one hdd.

This,
http://www.ebay.com/itm/WESTERN-DIGITAL-3-5-320GB-SATA-WD3200AAJS-00L7A0-See-list-for-DCMs-date-/221130674669

and i'm gonna upgrade to this WDC black sata II 1tb
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001C271MA?tag=blospot-20

and this is my spec:
MB/ Asus m5a78l-m lx plus
CPU/ amd phenom II x4 945
RAM/ 4gb ddr3 1333
GPU/ Geforce GTX660 non ti

So should i upgrade the ram to 8gb too? is it worth?

Thank you,

ps,sorry for my english.

Solution
That looks like a good hard drive and should work well.
If you want speed get an SSD! The difference is like night and day.

I would go with 8GB of RAM. You will get a big performance jump.

Def upgrade your HDD it'd be the best way to increase your loading times. Upgraded to 8GB would be good to since your not maxing your ram out at 4gb and still have space for multi-tasking and run even the highest amount of ram games out for now.

any 1tb 7200rpm 64mb cache HD will be fine. on newegg they have the WD green and blue for around $60. either would be fine for you.

what OS do you ahve? if you're using a 32bit operating system, you cant use more than 4gb of RAM

I'd strongly recommend this version of Western Digital's Black series: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2W019M6559

It is very fast for a HDD and very reliable as well. If are wanting to spend $80 more, than a 120GB Samsung EVO SSD paired with this Western Digital would be a great combo. But this HDD is plenty fast for me. Just remember, a SSD will not improve your framerate or any other aspect of your in-game performance. It will simply reduce the time you spend at loading screens for only the few games that you have installed on it.

wait..

So i can buy that wdblack sata3 and put it into my sata2 only MB right?

i didn't know this before. I thought my MB cannot get sata3 hdd.

Thanks for replied sir!!

As previously stated, SATA is backward compatible so you can most definitely use a SATA III HDD on a SATA II MB.
