My Epson WF2540 will not print in black. The little icon for copy has moved to color and I can't get it back to black.

I described it above but I can not print anything from my computer that is in black because the icon "color" remains and I don't know how to change it.
PLEASE HELP.

What happen if you uninstall the printer's software and install it again?
