where are you getting thse parts from?

frst of all.. you do not want a 12gb ram kit. These are for the original i7's from 5 years ago that used tri-channel ram.
Everything is dual channel now... you'd actually make it slower by running 3 chips.
You want either 8gb (2x4gb) or 16gb (2x8gb) setup - ddr3 1600 1.5v is fine and cheap

secondly.. you do NOT want a generic logisys power supply. it will die. EVGA has a decent 500watt on sale on newegg for $30 or so.

next, samsung doesnt even make that hard drive anymore do they?
you want a modern 1tb 7200rpm 64mb cache drive... an old 750 is going to built with 3 250gb platters = slow

and of course... you need a video card for a gaming PC. lol. i'd suggest at least a gtx 760 since your CPU is pretty fast.

why the 120xl? do you paln to overclock? if not, then just use the stock heatsink.

My recommendations :
If you are overclocking, great. If not, Get a i5 4440 with no after market cooler.
I prefer ATX Gigabyte motherboards (not micro ATX)
Get a better PSU - Seasonic/XFX are the best. 550W is fine for lower end GPU, need 650W for mid-high end GPUs
As mentioned above - go for 2x4gb DDR3 1600Mhz
Best bang for the buck right now is the GTX760 or GTX770. You won't be doing much gaming without a decent GPU
