Hi! I recently installed windows 8 on my desktop-pc. Last time when I copied files to removable disk(pendrive) it was working fine. But today when I tried to copy .mkv files, as the copying started, the speed increases to 10mbps. Then in few seconds the speed decreases to 8mbps, then 6mbps, then 4mbps, then 2mbps, then 1mbps, then 500kbps, and reaches to 0bps and then remains constant. If I pause the operation and resume it, again speed increases to 10mbps and then decreases to 0bps. This was happened when I used explorer to copy files. When I used a third party software(Teracopy) the speed does not increases more than 250kbps, and after few seconds it says that the device is not ready. Any help??
