Can I overclock my i5-4670k with the MSI B85-G41 Motherboard ?

I tried to overclock my cpu but it seems I can't boost the clock further than 3900mhz
I hav 10gb Zeppelin 1600mhz Rams without a cooler
A Corsair H-55 CPU Cooler
Gtx 760 Direct CU II Oc
Thermaltake 550 Toughpower

I'd like to overclock my cpu to 4.0 if possible with my cooler
Can someone please guide me with this ?

You need a Z87 board for true overclocking.

Note: The PSU is poor quality and you wouldn't want to overclock with it.

I can get a 550 Corsair CX PSU if it's any better :/ , do I get from you that I can't overclock my cpu at all ? I mean when I try to increase the multiplier in my Bios, multiplier maxed out at 39 there is no 39+

If you want to overclock you need a Z87 board and a quality power supply , The CX Series from Corsair are poor power supplies.
