2x SSD SAMSUNG 250GB 840 EVO
1x HDD 1 TB SATA-III SEAGATE BARRACUDA 7200.14
1x GeForce GTX770 ASUS PCI-E 2048Mb (GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5)
1x 8Gb DDR-III 1600MHz Corsair Vengeance Pro (2x4Gb KIT)
1x ASRock Z87 Extreme3
1x Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (RR-212E-20PK-R2)
1x ASUS DRW-24F1ST (DVD±RW) Black RTL
1x Intel Core i5 - 4670 OEM
I got my eyes on 620W Antec NeoECO 620C
but I am not sure if that is enough.
Also, do I need more cooling or internal coolers of Fractal Design Define R4 Black Window are enough?

1 fan in the back and 2 fans in front is a must, that positive pressure is great. 600-750w is good, nice to keep the psu at 50% load at gaming.

Thing is I already have two internal fans on my midi-tower, one 140x140 in the front and one 140x140 in the back, options for extra fans are 2x 140x140 at the top and 1x 140x140 at the bottom, do I need tome extras there?

you should be just fine, more fans will only cool it down by 1-2c and make more noise.

must have more intake fans than exaust, use motherboard fan controll is fans get loud in minimum settings, i run my fans at 650rpm.
read up on positive air pressure, 2 intake will give you more airflow, less dust build up.
