Well, the first one really seems better, but there's something wrong with it... Its only differences when compared to the Sickle Flow are more airflow and more static pressure... No change in RPM, nor in the noise... It's impossible. And besides, I searched for it in the Internet and I couldn't find anything about it. Also, on the site in the link it is sold out.

Go for the Sickle Flow, it's very good and trusted.

Okay, I've found the manufacturer's sites for both products:
http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/sickleflow/sicklefl...
http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/standard-fan/red-le...

Looking at the specs, I have to say, there is something really weird going on. I think it will be about the noise, since the noise information given by any case fans manufacturers hardly ever even corresponds to any real tests. In other words, the Sickle Flow is going to provide a bit worse cooling performance, but is going to be way quieter.

I would go for the Sickle Flow since it is very well known for its quietness and general reliability, while the other fan almost doesn't exist in the Internet and will probably be much louder.

I've just checked some real performance tests of the Sickle Flow (http://goo.gl/G6WuXd).
It turns out that it actually performs way better than the producer describes; pushes 81,1 CFM. This is awesome, as you can see, it is better than 90% of tested products. I'm sure you won't have any cooling problems with it. The other one is going to be unbearably loud.

But the sickle flow specifies only 69 cfm ..how it pushes more than that

XtraFlow is a PWM fan, so it automatically adjusts its speed to the current PC load. On maximum speed it is a beast (pushes more air than the previous 90CFM fan), but it becomes terribly loud. On minium speed it pushes almost 3 times less air, but is very quiet.
