laggy games please help asap

i bought some new parts to my computer, so it can take games these days.. but i got fps drops and yeah sometimes it's real laggy, and all my drivers is updated.. and my specs should be fine.. i don't notice any changes when i changed my gpu from radeon hd 6870 to 280x and change me cpu from fx4300 to fx6100...

SPECS :
CPU : AMD FX 6300
CPU FAN: CM VORTEX PLUS
GPU: XFX RADEON R9 280x
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB CL9
HDD: Seagate Barracuda Green 2TB
PSU : Corsair TX V2 750W PSU
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3, Socket-AM3+

If you went from an FX-4300 to an FX-6100 ('Piledriver to Bulldozer') you went in the wrong direction with your CPU. Not only is the FX-6100 slower by clock speed it is an older Bulldozer design.

I also suspect your 'Green' hard drive may be causing some lag.

i mean fx 6300*** , and many others got the same specs as me without any lagg..
