Use the version that has the latest date. Why are you upgrading it btw? The thing about BIOS is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" since upgrading it usually just adds more compatible components to the list of supported RAM, CPUs, etc.

Thought BIOS update might solve the voltage of 2400 ram being highlighted yellow under XMP mode.
Also stuck with trying to run Memtest86 tried three usb doesnt boot, in BIOS it shows UEFI ' then usb ' seems UEFI prevents the boots still trying to work my way around that.
