Local HP Printer will Not Print form Citrix web plug-in

I have a computer that uses a website called paycor for their payment system, it also uses a citrix web plug-in to run a program. When I try to print a report for the program the job shows up in the queue of the local printer but does not print. The printer was a HP laserjet 1018 the computer is running Win 7 Pro x64 IE 10, the print job will show up in the queue, disappear but nothing will print.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I did.

Tried a smaller report one that was 1 page instead of 80.
Tried to uninstall and reinstall the citrix web plug-in.
Tried to print to a network printer and was successful in printing.
Removed the HP 1018 and replaced with an HP laserjet P1606.
Print job would show in queue for the P1606, disappear and nothing would print.
Looked for any files in C:\windows\system32\spool\printer, there was nothing to delete.
Restarted print spool service, and computer multiple times.

I have someone else with the excact same model computer and running the same version of windows with a HP 1018 printer and everything prints fine.

I am not sure if this is a driver issue, or software or something to do with the citrix plugin.
Any Thoughts???????

It sounds like the print driver needs to have some of its options changed. I don't have that model, but you'll want to check all of those in your Printer properties.

As a work-around, add a PDF print driver (you can get free ones like CutePDF). Print to it, and see if it creates the PDF okay. You can then print the PDF.

You could also share that printer, and then print to it as if it were a network printer.

Thanks for you help 2Be_or_Not2Be, I was able to print from a network share printer. It turns out there was a different citrix web-plug to use, and that seemed to fix the issue.
