16 GB is fine, the cooler isn't that quiet or good at cooling, can save with the Hyper 212 EVO, the mobo doesn't OC, so the K model is wasted, the mobo doiesn't run XFire, rather than a pair of 7770s would suggest a 760...

This would be a much better build for gaming.

you want to be somewhere in the 700w - 800w power supply range with those two cards.
Your build doesn't really make sense in alot of ways.

Why are you getting a micro ATX motherboard? your second GPU will be running on a 4x lane. Get a decent ATX mobo with at least 8x/8x
next, why are you messing around with 60gb SSDs and raptors. scrap both of those, and get a 240gb samsung SSD for $130
Why are you spending $90 on a heatsink? get a decent liquid loop for $50 like a cooler master 120
no need for 16gb of RAM either for gaming and general multitasking. unless you're doing editing or running virtual machines.

check out some other rig builds on here, thers much better bang for your buck for 1200 than what you have

i dont think you read the title gaming/light video editing the 16 gb of ram is to make a ram disk and to do video editing
the 90 on the heatsink is so it will be quitet and as far as i know it has full 16x on both slots and even if it is 4x it will only make 1-3 fps difference for the the hard drive and ssd i want to toy with it but i do under stand it makes more sense to get a 240 gb ssd and save a bit but ssds are not reliable that is a contibuting factor as well and mATX mb is so its small so if i want to take it to a lan it will not be super big
