I have several old Cathode Ray tube monitors that have RCA inputs, all they do is show text, nothing else. I wanted to replace them with 15" LCD flat panels. I bought a converter that takes the RCA signal and converts to VGA output. I hooked up a security camera and it's crystal clear, but when I hook the converter and lcd into my text only cable, the LCD shows the image, but it's blurry and scrolls like the vertical setting on the old tube is out of adjustment, any thoughts on what I might try? I have tried several settings on the converter box and the display itself with no luck, not sure this is even possible.

It may be the resolution is too high. Composite video did not have that great of image for smaller text but was fine for video and was ok with larger text.

So if you can drop the resolution of your system, it may help.
