yes, you can always shut down a NIC from the Control Panel / Network and Sharing / Change adapter settings
If you look at a WiFi signal from an analyzer, you will see it is constantly in flux. Your best hope to stabilize it is with antennae setup and a clear path. The act of you walking between the devices disrupts the signal.

hmm not really following your word. The WiFi signal generated by your WiFi Router and Access Point is a radio signal. Radio signals are prone to interference. The interference can be almost anything, your walking across the room, a florescent light turning on, the wiring in your building, your neighbor's WiFi...
Other things to mitigate issues are using the "Site Map" feature that most WiFi devices have, this will let you see the other WiFi networks around you. Look for strong networks on the same or adjacent channels. The non-overlapping channels are 1, 6, and 11 in the US. If most of your neighbor's are on the lower channels and almost nobody is on the upper, set yours to channel 11...

Is it Possible 4 u ....???

picking the least used channel around you is about the only way... That or plug in the devices if possible.
