How to build a pc which supports two raedon 7770s at the lowest possible price.

Me I'm very low on cash. Except from the two Raedon 7770s which I got at a very good deal I can only spend about $150 on a CPU and motherboard.

A motherboard alone with the proper PCI lanes (x8/x8) for CF will cost $100 no matter intel or AMD. SO $150 is not really enough here.

no one makes a cpu for 50 that wouldn't severely bottle neck you pc. you will just need an extra $50. do you have a PSU? case? optical drive?

Get the Athlon x4 750k. Super cheap quad core that is pretty good for the price, you may need to up the budget a bit anyway though.

There aren't any motherboards that can run SLI/CF with the fm2+ socket for under $100 and there may not even be any at all that fully support it.
