I have too eat my words, I found decent reviews from multiple sources for the Capstone series. The reviews I read betray my own sentiment towards Rosewill, budget PSU's not to be used in serious systems. They all pretty much said that they were surprised at the quality and performance.

So the long and short of it is I was wrong to group this series of supplies with their other products.
Go with another power supply, Rosewill are not a well respected name in power supplies. Something from Seasonic, some Corsair, some from Antec, XFX as well. You should also consider WIndows 8 with Classic Shell. That said rumor has it that MicroSoft is bringing the Start Menu back for Windows 8.1 Update 1.

Confirmed.

Btw, that system will never stress that power supply. But yeah, get an 80+ Bronze 600w unit from Seasonic or XFX.

But other PSU models can also be good. Just that those models are known to be good.

It seems that the PSU you had picked actually is a very good one:

Someone said this to me when I showed him the build.

I see we have a resolution, but I wanted to add that I have had great experiences with all 5 brands. Seasonic, rosewill, Corsair, XFX and Antec. My current Rosewill HIVE 550 has actually been closer to 600w draw at times and has held up fine, but I love all of them. I've also used NZXT PSUs for themed builds and they seem good to great.
