Hi guys, i recently bought a new motherboard for various reason, a asrock pro 4.
So i heard around a fresh install of windows was the best option, so i decided to go to the BIOS and make the computer boot from CD drive, put in the CD for windows. Then wghen it came to deciding on either to install it on the SSD or my HDD, it wouldnt let me click on the SSD but only the HDD. Obviously i want to install it on the SSD so (dunno whether i was meant tp do this) i clicked reformat on both my HDD and SSD to delete everything and then wanted to install it on my SSD. but it says i cant as its part of the GPT partition, any ideas how i get around this as dont want to install on HDD.
Kinda urgent as doing it right now, im only typing this as on the other house computer!

Solution
Format the SSD first before starting the windows install.

With the disk options provided of windows setup when you reach what drive to install windows on.

Click on drive options advanced, format.

After the format select the ssd and click next.
