Upgraded fans can be much quieter than the stock ones that came with the CPU. If you are really worried about the fan noise - pick your store, see what other sock they carry, check some reviews and pick the cost/noise fans you want.

keep them, honestly they're hard to beat in the noise vs airflow in my experience... if they're too loud noctua should have fan speed limiters in the box, and you can also use the motherboard headers to control fan throttle for when it's needed. see the following for other opinions on the matter:

I'm assuming he is referring to the high end fans that Noctuna include with the NH-DH14.

As I've yet to see a stock (from Intel/AMD) fan for a heatsink that anyone would recommend over an aftermarket one... at least as far as reducing noise goes.

Well if you have read about noise from the stock fans you should replace them or if you didn't order it yet and you have an option to get it without fans you should go without the fans and buy ones of newegg.com or amazon it would cost about 100$ for 4 or 5 fans that are pretty good quality, a brand that I would suggest is Corsair air series because they are quiet and last a long time for a great price. You can also get the corsair fans with led's too.
Hope this helped :D
