Would Adobe premiere and blender benefit from being on the ssd and is it worth it?

So i edit videos frequently and i recently built a new computer. But somehow all the default programs i need and can delete without some weird permission leaves me with 42gb out of my 120gb. This is kind of infuriating mainly because i know that the more you fill up your card the slower the speed is. So i was wondering if Adobe premiere and blender are really worth putting on the ssd. Are they really going to be smoother and worth clunking up my ssd space? Some fast replies would be really appreciated.

I think you can put them onto your HDD. I'm pretty sure the only difference will be the loading time of starting it up since Adobe mainly relies on your CPU and ram
