Problem!! Bsod Then No Boot/No Signal

Hello,
I recently built a computer and ran into a problem.
Heres My Build:
FM2-A75MA-E35
Sapphire HD Radeon 7770 Ghz Edition
Richland A8 6800
Kingston 4Gb RAM
Corsair 430 watt
Asus 24x DVD-RW Serial-ATA Internal OEM Optical Drive

I was installing all of the programs i would need (as well as drivers) and i left it alone as i had to go eat. I came back to the blue screen and i forgot to read the error message because we always encounter Blue Screens in my tech class. and I shut my computer down. At that point I tried to restart it and I got no boot/monitor signal.

Is it POSTing to the first screen? If not, do you hear any beeps and if so what are they, such 1 short two long, that sort of thing?

Without knowing what the BSOD said, it is hard to tell ( I can think of several things ) One thing to try, and it is a long shot, but has been known to work, unplug you computer then puch and hold the power button in for 60 secs.

It didnt work... but i did glance at the Bsod message and it said "system has encountered a problem, so windows has shut down" or something like that...
