Why my stupid pc get 84 cpu usage

Am pissed i got i5 3350p and i love to make some task manager tests like playng game with it and watch the usage so i opened facebook youtube and google and click em one by one and relfesh them with f5 and the usage goes from min 40 to 84 why? wtf is this its a f*cking i5 cpu why is this happening???

Is it staying at 84 usage? Or is it peaking at that?

Regardless, Browsers love to use the CPU, as they are a whole lot less graphics based.

peaking its not stayng just for maybe a half sec is stayng on 80 or low then goes back to normal 5-10 or the i5 is just for games not multitasking

Opening any new program will draw CPU usage - even opening the Task manager to view CPU Usage
Browsers and Flash based apps use a lot of CPU
I believe that Flash is a conspiracy program designed with the support of power companies to use as much CPU power as possible...lol

The i5 is for everything. What you're noticing is just normal behavior. Whenever you do -anything- it will draw a certain amount from the CPU; thus is why you're seeking your usage spike when you're doing something. I assure you, what you're seeing is completely normal. If you, say, opened google.com, and left it there and saw your usage stay stable around 80%, then you would probably have a problem.

How is your PC stupid?
CPUs will always take as much load as they can, since the higher % load they're at the faster the application/page will load.
It's not like games where a CPU holds 60 fps with the GPU and doesn't need to use the rest of its power; CPUs are supposed to spike to max or near max for an instant when loading things.

Regardless, you sound unreasonably hostile and I'm probably wasting my time trying to explain this to you.

you have to understand when you are watching your cpu usage its not really in real time you are getting a sample from when the sensor checks it windows loves to use the main core so its just doing what its suppose to if it hangs you got a problem
