Hello there, ladies and gentlemen.

I'm planning on building my first custom PC by the end of this summer and I may be a little over excited which is why I have prematurely set up my build. I'm wondering what you guys think about it and if you would be willing to give me feedback.

My budget is 1000$.
This is what I have so far.

If any of my parts don't match up please let me know.
I already have an Optical Drive, Keyboard, Mouse, and Monitor.
I would like to be able to upgrade easily over time.
I'm uninterested in overclocking.

I'm trying to find a balance between reliable parts, above average performance, and decent price. I wouldn't mind downgrading some parts if it cuts the cost without significantly cutting the performance or reliability. On the contrary, I might not necessarily be against upgrading some parts if it increases reliability and performance without significantly increasing the cost.

Thank for reading, if you managed.
Hope at least some of that made sense.
Looking forward to hearing from you folks.

Solution
Change the motherboard to an h87 board. That board you have is a waste as it is for overclocking and you cannot overclock that CPU.

Also get a 550w PSU. This will be more than enough power. 750w is way overkill.

It's in a mini itx case, so I put in a motherboard with built in WiFi, coupled with an i5-4570.
An SSD will let you boot your OS and games faster, and a mechanical HDD for clutter.
Semi modular PSU to help out with cable management in a small case. More powerful GPU.

Only suggestions, and there are most likely better options out there. No need to listen to me, only offering ideas :)
