I have a friend I am helping out with his computer, and we would like to upgrade it.

As far as my research goes, there are 2 different models of motherboards that got shipped with the Inspiron 530, the version that supports Core 2 Quad processors, and one that supports Core 2 Duo processors.

His motherboard is the one that supports the Core 2 Duos, so I would like to know the fastest possible Intel Core 2 Duo I can put in his motherboard. 
Seriously, he needs some help. Gaming with a Intel Celeron 450 isn't fun.

Also, what is the Max/Fastest RAM, Graphics card that is supported on this mobo?

I would also like to ask you guys also for an appropriate cooling solution, for the CPU.

RAM. 8GB (bios upgrade 1.0.18 needed) DDR2 SDRAM at 800 MHz.
CPU. up to e8600 (e8500 is significantly cheaper with little difference in speed).
I would not go with video card above HD7750 or A7 250. Both of them would not require power supply upgrade.

However do not expect to play BF4 on the resulting upgrades.
